SpeedRead Technologies LLC helped to pioneer the introduction of fixed network AMR systems into the North American sub-metering industry starting in 1999 through the development of a nationwide network of distributors for its SpeedRead product line. SpeedRead has now reached an agreement to shift this responsibility of managing its distribution network back to the developer and manufacturer of the SpeedRead product line, Miltel Communications Ltd.
For this purpose, Miltel has established a new company in the U.S.: Cereniti Data Sense Networks Inc. (www.cereniti.com).
For all of our distributors with whom we have built a mutually beneficial relationship, everything will be business as usual – you will have access to the same proven products, and you will be dealing with a familiar face: Brian Reynolds will be moving over to Cereniti as Vice President, Marketing and Sales, Sub-Metering Products. For all of SpeedRead's distributors who have open orders with SpeedRead, you will find that these, too, have been shifted to Cereniti and these orders will be shipped to you by Cereniti. Brian will be in contact with each of you in the next few days to explain the transition process in more detail.
